Please reach out to our team, and we will work towards a resolution. In some rare cases, packages may experience delays during the delivery process. All orders qualify for a 100% money-back guarantee, or we can arrange a reshipment if your order has been returned to us or genuinely lost. If your order is lost or has been returned beyond the specified shipment time provided in our email, and you no longer wish to receive it, you may request a refund, which will be processed within 7-10 business days.

We kindly ask customers to carefully input their delivery addresses. If the carrier or postal service cannot deliver due to an incorrect address, we reserve the right to charge an additional shipping fee for reshipment. 

Please note that our packages do not require a signature upon delivery. We have instructed the shipping company to leave your package in a safe location at the specified address.
