 All products sold on Arrowhead Smokes are intended for personal use only and not for resale. If you purchase products from foreign companies, you become the importer and bear the responsibility to comply with import regulations. We recommend consulting your local tax office for guidance. As the buyer, you are fully liable for the importation of the products purchased on our site. By purchasing the products, you instruct us to ship them on your behalf to the provided destination. Arrowhead Smokes does not support or suggest non-payment of duties. 

Order Cancellation 

You may cancel your order by contacting our customer service department via the chat icon found on each page. However, please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. 

Delivery 

All orders will be dispatched within 5 business days of transaction submission. Please allow additional time for delivery, considering the shipping method and destination. 

Guarantee

 We want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase from us. If you experience non-receipt or damage to the goods, Arrowhead Smokes may not authorize any refunds until the shipment time has passed. All refunds are issued by check. Additionally, a full investigation may be required, and this process can take up to 30 days. Refunds will be considered once the investigation is complete.

We are committed to finding a solution that includes either a refund or a replacement for your order. Unjustified disputes or chargebacks may result in refusal of future purchases.
